Permaculture Veg Grower

Type of job:
Closing date for applications:
Thursday, 30 September, 2021
About the Job:

We are looking to purchase produce from small scale growers, who are actively working to regenerate the soil and biodiversity.
We are providing a route to market for regular veg and unusual edibles, ideally perennials from forest/forage gardens, as well as heritage varieties or veg grown using 'no dig' practices.
We are happy to buy produce on a one off basis, once a year, or on a regular basis. The more unusual the edible the better. Whether you want to sell edible tree shoots as salad leaves, wild garlic capers, sea buckthorn leaves for use in teas, or you put effort into collecting and growing from your own seeds year after year, we are interested in buying from as great a diversity of growers as possible.
It's our mission to help support and create more small scale regenerative food growing sites in the UK, ideally in the form of forest gardens and market gardens specialising in heritage veg and perennials.
