Paul Paine - Educator Profile

Biography

I stumbled upon permaculture when a friend invited me to join a PDC being taught by Patrick Whitefield. That was in 1995 and I've loved the opportunity it gave me to discover so many cool things. From forest gardens (we visited Robert Harts orginal garden as part of the course) to the wonders of soils and I've been learning ever since.  I live in Nottingham where Iive in a housing coop and work for a community garden. I started teaching ten years ago and currenty co teach on the annual Nottingham PDC's.
